We respect your privacy. Your data is used only to process your visa application — we never sell your data.

1. Who We Are

VisitSaudi.app is an independent visa facilitation service. We are not affiliated with the Government of Saudi Arabia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

To process your visa application, we collect: full name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, passport number, passport issue and expiry dates, father's name, gender, marital status, profession, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, travel dates, Saudi accommodation details, and uploaded documents (passport scan, portrait photo, and optional supporting documents). We do not collect payment card details — payments are handled by third-party processors.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to: (a) prepare and submit your Saudi Arabia visa application; (b) communicate with you regarding your application status via email and WhatsApp; (c) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Sharing

To submit your application, we share your data with Saudi government systems and our authorised processing partners only. We require all partners to maintain confidentiality and use data solely for the stated purpose. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain application data for 24 months from the date of submission to support appeals, re-applications, and dispute resolution. Documents uploaded (passport scans, photos) are deleted from our servers within 90 days of final application decision. You may request earlier deletion (see Section 7).

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data transmission. Application data is stored in Google Firebase with access controls. We conduct periodic security reviews. Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your credentials safe.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access a copy of your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements); object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at: contact@visitsaudi.app with the subject "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your application progress. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics / GTM) to understand how users interact with our site. You can control cookies via your browser settings. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use our service.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent. Applications on behalf of minor children must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via email (if you have an account) or via a notice on our website. The date of the most recent revision is shown below.
