Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

visitsaudi.app is NOT the Saudi government and is not affiliated with it. We are an independent visa-facilitation service.

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of visitsaudi.app and the visa facilitation services offered through it (together, the "Service"). By creating an application, paying for a visa service, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who We Are

visitsaudi.app is operated as a private commercial visa-facilitation agency. We help individuals prepare, review, and submit Saudi Arabia visa applications through the appropriate channels. We are not the Saudi Arabian government and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, owned by, or controlled by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, any Saudi embassy or consulate, or any other Saudi government authority. References to "we", "us", and "our" in these Terms mean the operator of visitsaudi.app.

3. The Service We Provide

Our Service consists of: (a) helping you understand which visa product fits your nationality and purpose of travel; (b) reviewing your supplied information and documents for completeness; (c) submitting your application through the appropriate Saudi government portal or partner channel; and (d) communicating status updates back to you by email. We do not provide legal advice, immigration counsel, or travel-insurance advice, and nothing on visitsaudi.app should be relied on as such.

4. Eligibility to Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. If you submit an application on behalf of a minor, a family member, or any other person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the named applicant has agreed to these Terms. We may decline to provide the Service to any person at our discretion, including where we believe an application is fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to applicable law.

5. Accuracy of Your Information

You are solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of every detail you submit, including personal data, passport numbers, travel dates, and uploaded documents. Submitting false, forged, or misleading material can result in your application being refused, your file being flagged to Saudi authorities, and, in some cases, a long-term ban from entering Saudi Arabia. We may pause, refuse, or cancel an application at any time if we have reasonable grounds to suspect the information provided is inaccurate.

6. Document Handling and Storage

Documents you upload are transmitted over an encrypted connection to our cloud storage and used only for the purpose of processing your application. We retain application records and supporting documents for as long as is required to deliver the Service, to comply with legal and tax obligations, and to defend any future dispute. Where the law permits, you may request deletion of your records after that period by writing to contact@visitsaudi.app. Full details of how we handle personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Visa Approval Is Not Guaranteed

Submitting an application through us does not guarantee that a visa will be issued. The decision to grant, refuse, or revoke any Saudi visa rests entirely with the Saudi government. We have no influence over that decision and accept no responsibility for any refusal. A refusal does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of the service fee β€” see Section 11.

8. Processing Times

Typical processing time is 24–72 hours from the moment we receive a complete application together with all required documents and cleared payment. We also offer an optional urgent-service add-on which prioritises your file for faster handling. Processing times are estimates only and depend on factors outside our control, including the workload of the Saudi authorities. We strongly recommend applying at least one week before your planned travel date.

9. Pricing and Fees

The price you see at checkout is composed of: (a) the visa product fee (which includes our service charge for review, submission, and customer support); (b) any government fee payable to the Saudi authorities; (c) optional add-ons you choose, such as medical insurance or urgent processing; and (d) applicable taxes. All amounts are charged in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price displayed and accepted by you at the time of payment is the price that applies to your order.

10. Payment

Payment must be completed in full before we begin processing your application. We accept payment by major debit and credit cards and by Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay through our payment processor. By submitting payment you authorise the charge for the full amount displayed at checkout. We do not store full card details on our servers; card data is handled by the payment processor under their security standards. If your payment is later reversed, charged back, or disputed without justification, we reserve the right to suspend processing and to recover any related costs.

11. Refund Policy

Service fees are non-refundable once we have started processing your application β€” this includes opening your file for review, requesting clarifications, or submitting it to the Saudi authorities. A refund of the service fee is available only where we have not yet begun work on the file, or where we are unable to provide the Service for reasons within our control (for example, a technical failure on our side). Government fees, third-party charges, and add-on service fees that have already been consumed are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within seven (7) business days back to the original payment method.

12. Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or amend an application after payment, contact us at contact@visitsaudi.app as soon as possible. Amendments are typically possible only while the file is still being prepared on our side. Once an application has been submitted to the Saudi authorities, neither cancellation nor refund is generally possible.

13. Government Fee Changes

The Saudi government may change visa fees from time to time. If a fee changes after you have paid but before your application is submitted, we will notify you. You may then choose to (a) pay the difference and continue, or (b) cancel and receive a refund of the amount you have paid less any service work already performed.

14. Communication

We communicate with you primarily by email at the address you provide. It is your responsibility to keep that address current, to check your inbox (including spam folders), and to respond promptly to requests for additional information. We are not liable for delays caused by your failure to receive or act on our communications.

15. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse the Service in any way that interferes with its operation; submit material you do not have the right to submit; impersonate another person; circumvent any security or eligibility check; or use the Service to facilitate any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any breach of these obligations.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on visitsaudi.app β€” including the site name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, and any related materials β€” is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for the purpose of preparing and submitting your own visa application. Any other reproduction, distribution, scraping, or commercial use of our content without prior written consent is prohibited.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, analytics, and message delivery. We may also link to external websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of any third-party service we do not control. Use of any linked third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected immediately. Country-of-entry rules, dress codes, religious restrictions, and other information published on the site is intended as general guidance and may change without notice.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the application giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages β€” including, without limitation, lost profits, lost bookings, missed flights, hotel cancellation fees, alternative travel costs, or loss of opportunity β€” even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless visitsaudi.app and its operators, employees, and contractors from and against any claim, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) any inaccurate, fraudulent, or unlawful information or document you submit; or (c) your misuse of the Service.

21. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, changes in visa policy, war, civil unrest, fire, flood, pandemic, network or power outages, or failures of third-party providers.

22. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree that we may process your personal data as set out in that policy.

23. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to commercial agreements in the jurisdiction in which we operate, without reference to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be referred to confidential binding arbitration by a single arbitrator. Nothing in this section limits your right to bring a claim before a consumer protection authority where local law gives you that right.

24. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or arbitrator to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order confirmation, form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Service and supersede any prior understanding on the same subject.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to you by email. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
